Hi,

Does anyone know whether Costco sell anything in the way of proper brand road/hybrid bikes?

Thanks,

Alex

Never seen anything like a decent bike in my costco but they do do some great little sausages and cheap bog roll. Neither of which will get you round the Marmotte.
  • not really seen anything cycling-wise but it's great for stocking up on crates of Leffe and huge bags of pine nuts :)

Not seen any bikes when I've been there when getting my tea bags and chewing gum. Plenty of electronic goods etc but I don't find them particularly cheap unless there are items you want on special offer.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

The page above states "Costco has a constant supply of sporting goods such as golf products, bicycles, balls and camping equipment. Choose from a variety of brand name sporting goods".

But doesnt show any bikes. Went with a mate ages ago to do his monthly shop and almost burst out crying when I saw a set of Golden Bear clubs and bag just after I had just spent more on lesser clubs elsewhere. They sell a brand (cant remember which, hadnt seen them before) of American Chocolate Cookies. I would happily try and live off them for the rest of my life and end up weighing more than ex's do
