    yes, stop adjusting them and let them bed in.

    Unless the pads are really pressing on the disc stopping rotation.

    then align the calliper then remove the wheel and push the pads back into the callipers and re fit wheel apply the brakes a few times and check. OK then use.

    If no good then get the supplying shop to sort it as it should have been on delivery.

    Tee - save yourself a trip and do try and re-align the brake pads.
    Undo the two bolts at the "edge" of the caliper, squeeze the brake lever as much as you can then do the bolts up again - this should re-align them.

    There's a the possibility of a sticking piston (the bit that pushes the pads in) - happened to me early in my disk brake owning days, but the re-align should sort them out.

    Lastly, just make sure the pads are clicked into place properly - when you look at them they should sit totally flat and flush with the inside edge of the caliper. Avoid squeezing the brake with the wheel out - the pistons can come out and stick.
