Are there any design bods that can help please. I need some free download software that will enable me to stretch and distort a jpeg image.

It's a very simple image of a chessboard



It needs stretching out from the bottom right hand corner only. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

ps It is bike related (honest) as it's for some decal designs for my bike

Can you just paste it into power point and stretch it?

Teh squares will become oblongs though

Not entirely sure DTP software's particularly well suited for this.

I'd go with http://gimp.org/ which is a free graphics manipulation application, of a similar vein to Photoshop.
Or save it as an svg file and use Inkscape.
