Should have put on the new tyres sooner!
Saw them trimming hedges yesterday. That must have generated the thorns that had perforated my rear tyre this morning. Only discovered this afternoon after a poor day at work (separate thread if I could be bothered.)
Repaired quite quickly. Only minor burn from C02 cartridge. Rather less minor blow out half way home. Worn cleats from walk to nearest station and from local one to home. If I ask Mrs. Polglase to buy new red Look Deltas in the morning what might I in fact end up with?
Did put on the new tyres. Can I get new fingertips? At least I saved some cash by messing about in the garage adjusting brakes and mudguards!
Should I stop moaning and save it for the Post Office van driver if he tries to kill me again in the morning?

Hmmmm..... That reminds me. I felt i didn't have time to change the front tyre yesterday and decided to risk it yet again despite the line of tiny splits that look like they will soon join up to form one single gaping hole. Better go and do it now before I forget. Two wheels good, four wheels bad0
