I saw some at the weekend but held off buying until I did a bit of research. They seem to have a thin layer of fluid in them that seals the hole in event of a puncture. What does the ride feel like, is it dead, or can you not really tell. Also, do you need to replace them after a puncture, or is there enough goo for subsequent punctures?

i have used the dr sludge inner tubes 2 tubes for a tenner, they have always worked for me, i got a big thorn in my tyre and pulled it out and spun the wheel to seal the hole and the tyre was hard as a rock 4 months later, also used slime, if you have schrader type valves on your inner tubes you can install this without taking the tyres off, and it only costs between £5 and £8 for a bottle and it will do two tubes, try ebay parkers cycles for the dr sludge ones, if you have presta valves you need to buy the pre filled tubes, if you need any advice feel free to contact me.0

try chain reaction cycles for the dr sludge tubes as they are post free, try rutland cycles for the slime ones, and google parkers of bolton instead of ebay as this will get you the website a lot quicker.0

Thanks for that. Any effect on the ride. I had a friend who said he used slime and it killed the ride. I don;t know if he used too much, though.0

unless you are using a lighweight wheelset not really, you can also get pucture resitant tyres from specialized or scwalbe, try edinburgh bicycle or evans cycles both in manchester .0
