got bike out of garage, jumped on , broken spoke on front, lucky had a few spare in garage, 30 min later out of garage jumped on and off, 30 min later, puncture in rear, stopped, changed tube, and set off home, guess the cycling gods are trying to say don't ride today :wink:

    here's a truly bad day

    went for a 60km spin... first ride since accident in April this year

    average speed 23kph!

    its going to a be a long lonely winter for me drifting off the back with no one noticing

    Second lap of Oulton Park Duathlon and my rear mech exploded :evil: Had to carry the fu3k1ng bike back to transition
