  • How much money are you looking at spending?
Is weight an issue for you?
The only issue with the Tora 318s is they are slightly heavier than say a Reba or Revelation. In saying that they are quite a robust fork.
  • money wise im looking at spending around 150 max.. retail the 318's are about 180 but ive found them for about 120... so my price range is around 150-200 pounds.. weight isnt really much of an issue...but then again i dont want cast iron forks
  • What forks have got on there at the moment?
Becareful not to alter the travel too much from what you've already got cos it could mess your geometry up, and hence your riding position!
But for the money, yeh good fork!
  • well at the moment im running an RST Gila T4.. which i thought were brilliant til my mate bought his rockhopper with tora 302's...

    the current travel is 100mm...
  • I'd save up a bit more money and get recon or revelation. You get what you pay for.

    For 120, the 318 is a brargain.

Some Toras are lighter than Recons and revelations - with the same damper. Makes them a bargain.
