Sat Clamp Size

Hi, I have a Charge Duster and looking at the spec sheet on their web site it says that I have a 27.2mm seat post.

Would this be the figure that I am looking for when trying to buy a QR seat clamp?

I was after a Hope one but the smallest size that they do is 28.6mm. Would this be OK?

No, that'd be the figure you need when you buy a seat post.

Seat clamps come in 28.6, 31.8 and 34.9 (or thereabouts - they're less accurately sized than posts).
