Can someone please tell me what is the difference between full and provisional licences?
because the difference isnt clear to me.

Are you asking about vehicle driving licences?
If you are a provisional is the one you have to get to learn to drive, the full is the one you get when you pass your test.
Most of the youngsters around here just don't bother with either by the looks of it. or insurance MOT's and tax.
