Shimano XT M775 Disc Wheelset

Hey, im just thinking about buying some new wheels. I have enough to buy the
Shimano XT M775 Disc Wheelset but im there all ive looked at. Does anyone know anything like these or have a good reccomdation?
I mainly ride XC.

    Good wheelset, but hope pro2's are better on mavic/sun rim's if you ask me! For that little bit more your getting so much more quality bearings, and ovcourse its hope!

    Bearings arent really any better - non stainless cartridges, not very good seals. Expensive. Crap freehub. Pro2 are long in the tooth now and need an overhaul to stay competetive as other manufacturers are producing similar hubs for half the price. (and same bearings)

    XT wheelset doesnt really float my boat either though. For that money can get a better made and lighter XC wheel from merlin like XTR hubs on Mavic 717 rims with DT supercomp spokes.

    that looks like it will come out about £200 and if its lighter then i will deffo go for that.
    Only other thing is, is that im thinking about going tubeless. If i did go can i go back?

    Hmm, i could pick up some 2nd hand XTR for less than £100.
    Would these to be good to go for?

    Old XTR not as good as the latest ones. Risk of them being dmaged too.

    Right its going to cost me the same to get XC 717's XTR hub or Hope pro 11.
    Can anyone link me to any reviews?
