    Be glad you're not losing your existing lights. Powys Council started turning two-thirds of theirs off back in April, and now Torfaen and Pembrokeshire have got the power saving bug.

    If thats "Red brigde" (as the chav's proudly call it) I've seen kids chuck mud and stones at a dog untill the owner ran up, confronted them and theatened to knock their heads off, he scared me and I was walking past from a distance!
