    Had loads of odds and sodds and repairs and advice over the years, from when I barely knew how to mend a puncture to stripping down and rebuilding (almost - still unfinished) my Giant. A few years ago, while in there for something else, I happened to mention I felt "stretched" on my Giant, and they checked it over and swapped the stem for a shorter one, free of charge.
