Hi, I used to riding x-country when i was younger since then i've been riding on and off but mainly on the roads. Last week i took the plunge and decided to buy a second hand mountain bike from ebay. It arrived yesterday and i spent last night putting it together. While assembling the bike i realised how much things have changed since the last time i rode off-road. i've never used disc brakes let alone set them up or service them and it looks as if they could do with a service. I had a quick look on the internet for some info but there so much out there its hard to take it all in! Does anyone know where i can find simple info about correct bike set up?

Help please, its all too much!!!
