do most on here fix the punchure and still use tube with patch on for a while and is it safe to put 110 psi in a repaired tube

When I get a puncture I put the spare tube in and fix the punctured tube at home, and then I put it back in and pump it up to 120 psi.

I also take a puncture repair kit with me in case I get a second puncture or in case I get a problem with the spare.

I've blown tyres off the rim with repaired tubes so they will have no problem with normal (110PSI) pressure. The only problem I have had patching tubes has been when using glueless patches to repair a tube at the road side in the wet; I find the old glue and patches work well.
