disc brake cables

i have some brake cables from a set of v brakes will i be able to them with disc brakes

    I don't see why not, so long as they're long enough obviously, give it a go, just don't go down hilling until you know that they're cool

    if you have some old brake wires (inners and outers) you will find that only one will be usable. and that will be the rear on the front as it will be too short for the rear brake and the front will be too short for the front.
