Jen Voigt said - Hope not this could be the last nail in the cofin of pro cycling.

Sebastian Lang Team mate form Schumacher said - We were all on the team bus and celebrating that they had a brought out a new test for CERA all except Stefan ( Schumacher)
who sat there quiet and withdrawn.

    Yea he missed the bus that day???

    Sorry I'm late guys the dog ate my stash!!!! Took me 8 hours to catch him and I was on my bike!!!!

    was any body actually surprised? I watched him this year at TdF and was waiting for the annoncement. I was only surprised he got to the end without it happening. Great news for the good guys.

    It's easy with hindsight now but I remember all the justifications in July, how the course suited him and more.

    I'll wait to see if Kirchen gets nabbed.

    Yep. German tv ARD-ZDF same as BBC1 & BBC2 in the UK are already talking about pulling out of cycling completly. ( Again?)

    Hans-Michael Holczer is claiming he had no idea about this and is ready to take Schumacher through the courts with every cent he has in his pockets.

    Hope he's got deep pockets with Kohl looking like he's on the list of 30? :(

    It's funny isn't it? Cycling is the first sport to ban people for using a new P.E.D., and the media trots out it's "Cycling struck by new doping controversy, is this the end for cycling, they're all at it", backed up by comments from a member of the I.O.C. suggesting cycling should be dropped from the Olympics as a result. A couple of days later, the I.O.C. announce that they are going to retrospectively use the same test on samples taken in Behjing (sic), and they expect to take medals off people, and it's heralded as a triumph by the the media.

    Why do I feel paranoid?

    This is what really p@#$ me off, how many people were on the Fuentes list 200, with 50 of them cyclist. We banned the top names in the sport, the footballers and tennis players and all the rest get away with it, but no its cycling thats got a doping problem. Yep cycling has got a doping problem we catch them, and then the media does its usual trick of not investigating the facts throws up some senstational headline and cycling cleans up the mess. Cycling developed this test now the IOC is using it but guess who will come out of this looking like heros.
    Take care of the luxuries and the necessites will take care of themselves.
