Sufflok CTC 'Rough Stuff 25' 12th October

It's that time of year again for the annual Rough Stuff in the forest on the Suffolk Coast. Don't worry about the weather, as the course rides better in the wet.
Turn up at Butley Village Hall (not too far from Woodbridge and Ipswich)on Sunday morning for a 8:30 to 10am start. Get there in plenty f time to sign-on. Entry fee £3. (a bargain according to Cycling Weekly in the write-up last Christmas)
Plenty of cakes and tea available at the finish.
Choice of the regular 25 mile route, an optional loop to take the distance to 30 miles or a beginers course of 10 miles. Suitable for hybrids, cyclo-cross bikes and MTBs.

Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.
