Avid Juicy 5 brakes dragging

I have a set of Juicy 5 brakes on my stumpy, and after oiling the chain, I noticed that the back brake drags slightly as if the disc is warped ever so slightly.
The bike is only a month old, and hasnt had any knocks etc.
The drag is very small but noticeable if you listen when you spin the wheel.
Any thoughts on what I could/should do to stop the drag? If they were rim brakes I would usually just space them so the standard gap between the rim and pad is bigger, but can't see how to do this with hydraulic disc brakes.

been used much?
have you take the wheel out recently?
let the pads settle in again buy using the bike."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Yeah I took the wheel off just before lubing the chain to clean it - made sure I refitted it correctly etc.
Even took it off again and re-fitted it to be sure.0 -
I suffered this for months. tried new pads, re seating the calliper, it would come and go.
Turned out to be a fraction too much fluid.0 -

if you really want to just open one of the bleed screws on the lever.
but if it is just a ting just using them. but first just try re doing the Qr lever.
if the tension and position is not the same as before this happens and the pads need to settle again."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

How long should it take pads to settle? How many miles roughly?
Pads are dragging again a little on my new wheels/rotors.0 -
up to 50 aplications.
or what ever it says in the manual."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks Nick - the online manual shows up to 40 applications. The actual manual I got with them, and the manual wife got with her bike - Juicy 3s - nothing mentioned.0
