Carbon Assembly Compound

I finished putting my new bike togethr late last night, and went straight from the garage to bed. I'd left my carbon assembly compound in my pocket, so ending up leaving it on my bedside table. Half an hour later, one thing lead to another, and me and the missus decided to round off the evening. She went for the 'intimate lubricant' in the dark, but picked up the carbon assembly compound by mistake.

She's still with me now, does anyone know how we can loosen it?

I think heat should shift it.
