Anyone had any experience of these very small lights. am tempted but will need to mail order them as cannot get them locally. i love the idea of them being very small and seeing as i only have relatively short commute in well lit main roads figured they would be ideal for the winter night. its more a case of using them so other people see me rather than me needing to see the road.

Im digging up this old thread that got no comments. Im sure its not personal Johnbhoy, or maybe it is, you identified yourself as a celtic fan with a name like that...
I quite fancy these as they are rechargeable and wont require a purchase of new batteries everry few months. Someone must have tried these!! Any comments or should I go with the Blackburn Mars set?Cannondale F500

Patented and innovative charging system using any standard 1.5V battery.
I'm confused - so it's rechargeable, but the only way you can recharge it is from another 1.5V battery??
If I have rechargeable lights, I would want a recharger to charge em up off the mains, not have to buy batteries to pass the power on.
Seems a bit weird to me.

Dunno about the front - but get the Smart 0.5W on the rear - bright as anything. Why have a lesser light ? About a tenner.0

I've just been looking at these myself as the CatEye I had now lies crushed on the road. It kept popping out of it's bracket and eventually got run over.
Has anybody got a good recomendation for a font light that will let you be seen rather than see? Also, it needs to stay in the bracket when I'm riding over bumpy London roads!
Thanks.

Yup - rubber mounts and velcro straps - easy on/off and dont budge at all.0
