I do both road and MTB biking. Still can't get used to the lycra thing!
Tried bib shorts and although very comfy I look a bit ridiculus. Is there anything out there that is between lycra and 3/4 Altura Boulder shorts.
I am quite happy wearing bib shorts under the Boulders but this doesn't look right when I am out on my road bike (ok when I am commuting). Could do with a bigger pair of legs but haven't got the time to go to the gym to increase muscle mass.
Any ideas for clothing options?

I wear bib shorts under my baggy shorts for commuting on the road bike. It is comfortable and keeps me warm. Don't worry what you look like as long as your comfy.0
