leaky forks

having had my bike hung up in my garage most of the summer upside down by the wheels i have now noticed that oil is leaking from the top of the left hand fork is this anything to worry about and should i have the forks checked out/serviced before i start using my mtb for the winter

forks are rockshox tora 302 u-turn on giant 3.50
