Commuting Wheels

I'm thinking of getting a second set of wheels for commuting, getting fed up with changing tyres when I decide to ride to work or just ride on the road.
So I'm after a fairly cheap set of wheels for this purpose any suggestions?
Also I will need to buy some new rotors I assume, can I use any brand with my Formula K18's? Rotor size is 180mm Front & 160mm Rear.
I'd prefer to spend less than £100 all in if possible. I have a spare cassette already so don't need to worry about that.

You still may have to set gears up when you swap over. And brakes if you don't get rotor shims to space them exactly the same.
Merlin have some good deals on at the moment.0 -
the gears/brakes issue is what stops me getting a 2nd set of wheels.0

Maybe not as good an idea as I thought then
Perhaps it's second bike time, although that will require more work with the wife...0
