Inverness To Aberdeen Cycle

Hi folks... am looking to cycle from Inverness to Aberdeen(shire) and wondered if anyone out there had done this run? Prefer MTB routes and B roads other than those skinny tyres on the roads with the big metal noise boxes whizzing past you at 81.234mph.

Any route advice or help will be most welcome.
