Penmachno to close???

I read on another forum that Penmachno is facing closure as the voluneers have resigned due to political problems. Does anyone have any info on this? Surely this cannot be allowed to happen, Penmachno is THE trail in north wales, an absolute gem, the best bit is probably what has caused this - you never see anyone there, its so under used its tragic really.

    Penmachno cant go it is singletrack heaven I know it isnt too technical but that is the joy of the place somewhere to go flat out head down chasing your fastest time or cruise round enjoying the scenery
