Roadbike Review this week has an article on a gizmo that fits onto a Kurt Kinetic turbo that generates enough electricity to power a TV for 2 hours....

Maybe an idea for the government. If they gave everyone on the UK one of these not only would we be even more sure to win all the golds going at 2012 but we could become energy self sufficient at a (pedal) stroke and solve our obesity problem.
