Budget wheels what is good?

Looking for some budget single speed wheels, possible with flip flophub.
This is to put on an old raliegh steel frame I intend to renovate.
Other than trying to find a donor bike any ideas?

    You've not said what your budget would be. I'm guessing you want it cheap or are you going to splash some cash and go for a pimp mobile?
    p.s. Halo are doing some new track wheels in white, black or purple.

    They do yellow as well. Go really modern and go for different colour wheels, with contrasting frame colour. Oh, boy yes!!!
