What would you say is better the

2008 Rockhopper Comp Disc

    XT rear mech on the 08 version as opposed to LX - not much difference elsewhere on a quick look as far as I can see.

    the 2008 one has recons, the 09 one has tora's a big(sh) difference, if 15" is your size go for it otherwise you would have to get the 09

    well...as they are both the same price I'd go for this years model.

    And I though bike prices were going up this year!

    lower spec on the 2009 and only one size in 2008.

    so get what fits.
