Commuting in to Docklands

Hi
I'm considering commuting around 15 miles into Docklands, but unlike my previous employer, my new office has no showers or similar. I'm not too keen on sitting at my desk happy but sweaty. Can anyone think of a solution? Local sports centre maybe?
Thanks in advance

There's the Reebox club above Waitrose in Canary Wharf, looks expensive though....Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.
What would Thora Hurd do?0 -
The is a Virgin Health Club in West Ferry. Probably also very expensive way to have a shower. I have never been in any of the toilets in the CW shopping malls. There might be showers at LCY Airport if that is not too far.0

Hi
Thanks for the replies, so quick!
I;ll be coming in from South East London.
I'd noticed the sports clubs but they looked a bit expensive for just a shower, i've never got one with gyms for training.
After I posted I found a local authority Tiller Leisure Centre nearby - does anyone have any experience of this?
Thanks again0
