Need some bike buying advice.......

Ok really stumped now and unsure of what to do next, my Hardtail goes to its new home tomorrow, so i only have my full bouncer to play on over the next few months.
Initially i have £800 to play with, to a buy a new bike straight out or buy parts and build up? firstly any recommendations for a bigger travel off the shelf bike??
If not this is how far ive got!
Cotic Bfe Frame
Pikes or Revs? is 10mm much of a difference 140 or 130?
Wheels have no idea what to look for, although ive seen some Mavic 317s on LX Hubs for a decent price.
Was going for an SLX crank and maybe SLX rear mech or XT not too fussed, with a deore upwards front mech,
Brakes thought about Hayes Strokers
Bonty or Easton stem bars seatpost and some hope QR bits!
I know most will say what are you riding, well a bit of everything, cannock mostly but some off route stuff, some drops and jumps too!
