I wondered what the shortest time anyone has had between the taking up of road cycling and conquering one of the famous Alps?

    Why don't you be the first and let us know....

    It is such an open question....everyone starts cycling with different levels of fitness.....
    17 Stone down to 12.5 now raring to get back on the bike!

    Your right it is quite an open question which was not intended sorry, I guess I meant from no regular riding and getting a road bike, to that kind of climb
