i currently run juicy 3s on my bike, i love the front but the back just isnt good enough. i want to upgrade and was going to get a stroker 7 or similar but then noticed the review on this sight for the quad qhd 4 axis brake and it seems great, but the quad site says its for xc, will the brake be able to cope with dh, and also is it sharp enough for 1 finger street riding(abubucas etc) without fading. or is there another cheap alternative for high powered braking?

How do you mean not good enough?
If you can't lock then maybe it's contaminated.

Or you want some other that you can lock up easley. Btw I don't know how good is the Quad 4 axis. In fact, first time I ever heard of that brake, sorry.
  • Wouldn`t really recommend the axis brakes, they feel rubbish and arn`t really going to be good enough for dh riding, try the hayes stroker trail, they seem to have good reviews and are better quality than the quads.
