Evening all.
What do you think, replace with Avid's own brand or look for some other after market ones? If so can anyone offer any advice/experience on which ones are best.
Will mainly be used for XC riding.

Cheers

It really depends if you want to take a risk in superstar pads? They are cheap and so far mine have ben awesome (I have the the sintered ones) Other wise i would say get fibrex semi-metallic pads. My set has lasted well over a year and are still going strong. Great pads.

Thanks Dunk. Yeah just been checking out the Superstars website, seems like a decent set-up. Anyone else have any experience of superstar pads???

Thats the problem most people will tell you about the pads falling off! Which is not good at all. Its a risk but there is many people who have fine brake pads like me!
