The Richmond is finished just as a town bike. The Lenton is stripped now and I am not sure how that will be built yet. I am thinking about just giving it a clean and re building.

A couple of things, the rear wheel is not original, the rim has a knurled braking suface and a '74 hub, I think I could live with that but... it has an odd left crank, round section rather than square.

If anyone has a Lenton crank or just a square section crank Im happy to pay reasonable money, chrome condition not to important.

Gary, its a 23" and 3 speed. I think it's going on a diet with all alloy components. Its a Lenton sport, all steel and it is heavy. I reckon 37lbs ish!

Paul, er don't know how. No worries with the Viking. I will email you some pics if you want.

Been out on the Richmond this morning. It is a suprisingly pleasent easy ride. Then ferrying Liam about with the trailer bike on my trusty hack.

Nice geometry on the Lenton is there anything like it in modern terms ie same sort of thing but without the weight?

I just bought a Royal Enfield Revelation and that is also heavy. Which was why I was searching for 451 rims.

    Did you finish the R20?

Nothing I can think of off hand. I haven't started the Throwaway yet. It won't be fixed as the b/bkt is a bit low and I dont want short cranks.
