I don't normally put anything up about these because usually they are students who seem to have as much savvy as a bucket and bounce quite well, but this guy seems pretty sensible and was riding a decent road bike.
Fotunately he seemed okay at the scene, was holding his own breathing mask in the ambulance etc. Anyone know how it happened?
