Any Brecon Beacons ideas??

Hi all, I am looking for a ride for my day off tomo in The Brecon Beacons, I fancy some long climbs ( but nothing too stupid!) with some decent downhill mixed in with some single track.... Does anyone have any ideas of where to go?
