recommend me a ride

Any one got any ideas for any organised rides i can do this year? Ideal would be 40 to 80 miles long on road, not too hilly and not too far from Leicestershire. Any suggestions or am i too late for 2008?

Have you considered doing an Audax? Have a look at the calendar and see if anything fits the bill:
