I've just found and downloaded this (free) app.

It's a sportstracker type thing, using the GPS to record your rides and giving you all the info required and the ability to export your rides to various sites (including their own i think).

It looks pretty good, i haven't had a chance to use it yet, but was wondering if anyone else had?

    A co-worker has this running on his iPhone 3G and he seems pretty happy with it. It seems to keep running if the phone is locked, which actually makes it useful. I've found my iPhone 3G dosen't seem to like these GPS apps at all. :(

    Have you installed the new 2.1 firmware?

    I can't! For some reason itunes just times out every time. I've downloaded it seperately, but can't work out how to install it. :(
