Hi,
Just fitted some Reba's and I'm using a Hope headset and Hope head Doctor now obviously even with my stem and all the spacers I still have more then 2" out of the top of the stem, so do I cut my steer tube to the length as it is and test ride moving spcers up or down and once it's right if need be cut any remaining steere tube ?
oh and how do I know if I need any shims with the headset ? I have a small gap showing from the top cup and the rubber washer ?

yes you will need to cut it. there is a how too on park tools.

Wasn't sure if I should leave all the headset spacers in first or just a couple, can't see me wanting all of them in.
