Squeaky fork

I have a Merlin Malt 4 with Rockshox Reba SL forks, they have been squeaky for the last 6 months (I've had the bike a year), but they now seem to be getting worse, it doesn't seem to matter whether I lock the forks out or not. I have tried applying lube but this hasn't had any effect - any ideas - as its stating to get abit anoying!
