Tubes stuck to tyre??/

on a recent pinch flat noticed that my tube had stuck itself tot he tyre?/ (pana. cinders with tesco tubes)
is this normal?? or is there a way to stop it ahppening??
thoguth about using some vasalene on the inner edge of the tyre but thought i'd check first!!

any idea's?? or just lump it???

    talcum powder is the answer.

    Not any grease or any other "lube" as it can melt the rubber.

  • Second the talc. Try to avoid heavily scented stuff though, otherwise your bike ends up smelling like a tart's boudoir.... :D

    i will make sure its not scented lol1 one of the guys recons i spend too much time with the mums (toddler groups) in the village as he thoguht my bib shorts were a swimming cossie lol! perfumed wheels would mean i wouldnt hear the end of it hahah!
