Just recently my MET crash helmet as started to give me really bad headaches. I've tried loosening it and moving it slightly but nothing seems to help.
It's about 6 years old. Is it common for old helmets to cause such pain?
Anyone had a similar problem and found a helmet that solved the problem?

Could it be to do with something else - your eyes/eye sight? dehydration?Kona Kula0

The headaches generally stem from the back of my head where the fastener thing is but also on top of my head.
It could be dehydration as I generally fall out of bed onto my bike and into work.The trail is long and my legs are burning but I can't stop smiling.0
