Bike kit : Bibs, jerseys etc: How often do you wash 'em?

Just wondering, kinda curious as to the longevity of bibs, jerseys etc, especially team kit, as far as how they stand up to regular washing?.
How often should I be washing my kit?. ( And yeah, I know my nose should be able to tell me!! ).
At the moment, I'm washing my stuff after every commute ( i.e. after I get back home from work on the return journey ) and alternating between 4 complete sets of kit I have. Washed kit gets stuck in the airing cupboard and is ready the next day if required.
Is that overkill/too much washing?. :?:

Yeah, shorts should be washed every day. Shirts I tend to wear 2 for the week unless it's been particularly hot.I'm left handed, if that matters.0

Just make sure you keep checking how thin the fabric goes though - nobody wants to see your crack when riding behind you!! :shock:0
