Southdowns Challenge any other girlies out there doing it?

Hello am just borrowing my husbands username!! I plan to do the 50 mile route of the Southdowns Challenge tomorrow and just wondered if anyone else was doing it, there seems to be hardly any girl entries on the list!! I now have an image of me being blasted past by lots of testosterone filled guys and cycling through the countryside on my own to backing music from some BBC period drama or something! :roll:

I'd love to do some cycling to BBC period drama backing music with another girl - I can only find blokes who want to ride and they all annihilate me! I didn't know about that. I'm in Southampton - where are you?Emerging from under a big black cloud. All help welcome0

Hi I am near Worthing, did it in 3 hrs 46 today so was quite pleased with that, and as I thought was too slow to ride with any of the blokey groups. Am keeping an eye out for the next one!0
