Can't people read labels?!
What is the matter with some people? I order a double eyeletted DT Swiss rim from a web retailer and they send me the single eyelet version. I try again from somebody else and they also send me the single eyelet version! :shock:
The first company never answered my emails and have still to refund my postage and the in the case of the second, the person on the phone said he'd just switched off the system so couldn't help. Then why did you answer the damn phone?! :evil:
Needless to say I won't be ordering from either again...
