Im new to this and want to purchase a decent second hand bike to get me started, Im based in Leeds any Ideas? Apart from Ebay!!!

In edinburgh there is a thing called The Bike Station.

They rescue bikes from the tip and get donations etc, then recondition them and sell them for between £20 and £60.....

Somehting similar in Leeds?

Have you tried re-cycling engineering in Hyde Park? Their website is - http://www.rceuk.co.uk/

But, I have never actually bought a bike from there so can't comment if they are any good or not.
