no bottle cage mounts

Where can I buy a device to use a bottle cage where there are no mounts on my raleigh equipe?

    Decathlon sell a rubber device which uses rubber strips to fasten it around your frame.This then gives you a mount for a water bottle or pump etc.I think they are around £4 each.

    It’s possible to hold a bottle cage on with zip ties or jubilee clips, just use some old inner tube as a shim to prevent scratching the paint.
    There are also specifically made attachments and with most of these it is possible to remove the bottle cage without removal of the attached bosses.

    I have Elite Bottle Cage Clips on my bike which works fine but I think over time the plastic is slowly stretching. On the plus side they haven't marked the frame and are fairly descreet.
    There are also altrenatives such as Zefal Gizmo Braze on Clamp for Bottle Cage.
