Just a quick problem. How do you adjust your disc breaks because iv took my bike in to have them adjusted but forgot to ask them how to do it. Just saves me taking it back in if its something i can do myself? seem to be having a problem with the rear one only where every so often the break just doesnt seem to clamp down on the disc anymore.

it depends on what the brakes are. most are self adjusting.
parktools covers most brakes and setting them up."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

something like this http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=124
but download the manual and compare the instructions to the above."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
