Stans notubes is it any good?

I am thinking of changing my tyres over to the stans notubes system! has any one already done this using standard tyres (not ust's) and does it work, Is there any advantage to it, I know there is a slight advantage due to less puntures so it seem's, I have looked at all the videos regarding this system but I would like some feed back from people that have used it before.
