Bolt problem with K Sword Handlebar!

Hi,

I have the K Sword Intergrated Handlebar and Stem. The Clamp to alter the angle of the Handlebar is stuck. I have undone the allen bolt but it is stuck fast. The internal fixings are like to triangles where the bolt goes through, any ideas on how to get it loose.
